The Department of Health has confirmed that there has been zero deaths caused by the Covid-19 pandemic; leaving the overall death toll, here in the Republic of Ireland, remaining at 4,566.

There have been 582 new additional virus cases reported here within the Irish Republic. This leaves the current total number of confirmed cases, since conception, here in the Irish Republic, at 228,796.

Of the cases today; 14 are in Tipperary, 156 in Dublin, 23 in Meath, 19 in Donegal, 15 in Louth, 14 in Kildare, with the remaining 167 cases located across all other counties.

Some 208 cases have been confirmed in Co. Tipperary in the last 14 days, up to midnight last night. There have been 5,185 virus cases confirmed here in Co. Tipperary, since the pandemic began, relevant up to and including March 16th, 2021.

There are 345 people with Covid-19 in hospital today, and of that number, 83 are in ICU’s, according to Ireland’s COVID-19 Data Hub.

The European Medicines Agency has come to a clear scientific conclusion that AstraZeneca is indeed a safe and effective Covid-19 vaccine.

Some 455,182 first doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered by the Health Service Executive (HSE) here in Ireland up to March 15th, with 165,398 persons having received their second dose.

The total worldwide number of virus cases identified up to 5.30 pm this evening, now stands at almost 121.48 million confirmed, with global deaths at well over 2.68 million.

The Department of Health has confirmed that there has been 17 further deaths caused by the Covid-19 pandemic; leaving the overall death toll, here in the Republic of Ireland, remaining at 4,566.

There have been 557 new additional virus cases reported here within the Irish Republic. This leaves the current total number of confirmed cases, since conception, here in the Irish Republic, at 228,215.

Of the cases today; 24 are in Tipperary, 229 in Dublin, 23 in Meath, 58 in Kildare, 34 in Donegal, 31 in Meath, with the remaining 181 cases located across all other counties.

Some 199 cases have been confirmed in Co. Tipperary in the last 14 days, up to midnight last night. There have been 5,160 virus cases confirmed here in Co. Tipperary, since the pandemic began, up to and including March 15th, 2021.

There are 350 people with Covid-19 in hospital today, and of that number, 83 are in ICU’s, according to Ireland’s COVID-19 Data Hub.

Some 452,554 first doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered by the Health Service Executive (HSE) here in Ireland up to March 13th, with 164,496 persons having received their second dose.

The total worldwide number of virus cases identified up to 5.30 pm this evening, now stands at almost 120.85 million confirmed, with global deaths at well over 2.67 million.

The Department of Health has confirmed that there has been 18 further deaths caused by the Covid-19 pandemic; leaving the overall death toll, here in the Republic of Ireland, remaining at 4,552.

There have been 349 new additional virus cases reported here within the Irish Republic. This leaves the current total number of confirmed cases, since conception, here in the Irish Republic, at 227,663.

Of the cases today; 7 are in Tipperary, 156 in Dublin, 23 in Meath, 19 in Donegal, 15 in Louth, 14 in Kildare, with the remaining 115 cases located across 19 other counties.

Some 187 cases have been confirmed in Co. Tipperary in the last 14 days, up to midnight last night.

There are 355 people with Covid-19 in hospital today, and of that number, 88 are in ICU’s, according to Ireland’s COVID-19 Data Hub.

The European Commission expects to receive about 200 million doses of the Pfizer/BioNTech Covid-19 vaccine in the second quarter of 2021.
Meanwhile European Medicines Agency chief Ms Emer Cooke has informed an online press conference that she remained firmly convinced of the benefits of AstraZeneca’s coronavirus vaccine, despite several countries suspending its use, over fears of blood clotting.

Some 451,589 first doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered by the Health Service Executive (HSE) here in Ireland up to March 13th, with 164,345 persons having received their second dose.

People are being urged not to gather over the coming days amid concern over the static nature of the daily Covid case numbers.

The total worldwide number of virus cases identified up to 5.30 pm this evening, now stands at over 120.45 million confirmed, with global deaths at well over 2.66 million.

The Department of Health has confirmed that there has been no deaths caused by the Covid-19 pandemic; leaving the overall death toll, here in the Republic of Ireland, remaining at 4,534.

There have been 575 new additional virus cases reported here within the Irish Republic. This leaves the current total number of confirmed cases, since conception, here in the Irish Republic, at 227,316.

Of the cases today; 41 are in Tipperary, 232 in Dublin, 48 in Meath, 38 in Kildare, 30 in Galway, with the remaining 186 cases located across 20 other counties.

Some 177 cases have been confirmed in Co. Tipperary in the last 14 days, up to midnight last night.

Less than 5 new killer Covid-19 cases confirmed in Tipperary.

The Department of Health has confirmed that there has been Zero deaths caused by the Covid-19 pandemic; leaving the overall death toll, here in the Republic of Ireland, remaining at 4,534.

There have been 384 new additional virus cases reported here within the Irish Republic. This leaves the current total number of confirmed cases, since conception, here in the Irish Republic, at 226,741.

Of the cases today; 145 are in Dublin, 41 in Kildare, 37 in Offaly, 29 in Galway, 24 in Cork, with the remaining 108 cases located across 17 other counties.

Some 168 cases have been confirmed in Co. Tipperary in the last 14 days, up to midnight last night.

There are 349 people with Covid-19 in hospital today, and of that number, 86 are in ICU’s, according to Ireland’s COVID-19 Data Hub.

Ireland has followed several other European countries who have decided to temporarily suspended the AstraZeneca vaccine, following reports of people suffering blood clots. It should be noted that no link in Ireland has been made as yet between the vaccine and clotting, with Deputy Chief Medical Officer Dr. Ronan Glynn stating that the decision to temporarily defer the use of the vaccine is purely a precautionary measure.

However, some 426,819 first doses of Covid-19 vaccines were administered by the Health Service Executive (HSE) here in Ireland up to March 11th, with 162,693 persons having received their second dose.

The total worldwide number of virus cases identified up to 5:30pm this evening, now stands at almost 119.75 million confirmed, with global deaths at well over 2.65 million.
