 It is with great sadness we learned of the death today, Sunday, 14th January 2018, of Mr Edward (Ned) Grogan, Crohane Lower, Killenaule, Co. Tipperary and formerly of No. 33 Butler Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
The passing of Mr Grogan is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Bernie; sons Pat, Sean and Ned; his daughters Maeve and Anna; grandson Cody; brothers; sisters; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Grogan will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, Pike Street, Killenaule, tomorrow evening, Monday, from 5.00pm with prayers at 7.30pm.
Removal to the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles on Tuesday morning at 10.15am. Funeral Mass will take place on Tuesday morning at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

 It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Saturday 13th January 2018, of Mrs Bridget Ryan (née Corcoran), Two Mile House, Naas, Co. Kildare, formerly Loughane, Templederry, Co. Tipperary.
Wife of the late John; Mrs Ryan passed away while in her 104th year at the residence of her daughter, Ita Goff, Dunshane, Naas, Co. Kildare.
Her passing is most sadly missed by her loving daughters Ina (Martin) and Ita (Goff); sons P.J. and Fr. John; son-in-law Harry; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces; nephews; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mrs Ryan will lie in repose at the home of her daughter, Ita Goff, on Monday next from 3.00pm with prayers at 7.00pm.
Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday morning at 10.30am in St. Peter’s Church, Two Mile House, Naas, Co. Kildare, before removal to Killinaive Cemetery, Ballinaclough, Co. Tipperary, to arrive for interment at approximately 2.00pm.

 It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Friday 12th January 2018, of Mrs Sarah (Moss) Fitzgerald (née White), Harley Park, Callan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly Ballingarry (SR), Thurles, Co. Tipperary,
Predeceased by her husband Paddy; Mrs FitzGerald passed away peacefully at St. Columba’s Hospital Nursing Home, Thomastown, Co. Kilkenny.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving family, Michael, Pat, Pamela, and Kieran; son-in-law Declan; daughters-in-law Marie and Siobhan; grandchildren; sister-in-law; nieces; nephews; extended relatives and friends.

The earthly remains of Mrs Fitzgerald will repose at Molloy’s Funeral Home, Callan, Co.Kilkenny on tomorrow afternoon Sunday from 3.00pm, with funeral prayers at 5.00pm, followed by removal to the Church of The Assumption, Ballingarry (SR) to arrive at 6.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Monday morning at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.

It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 11th January 2018, of Mr Jimmy Jordan, No.11 St. Columba Terrace, Bohernanave, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Jordan passed away suddenly, most deeply regretted by his loving daughter Louise; brothers Junior, Paul and Michael; sisters Kathleen, Patsy, Anne and Phylis; Aunty Josie; niece Tara; nieces; nephews; brothers in law; sisters in law; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

The earthly remains of Mr Jordan will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on tomorrow evening Saturday, 13th January, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, to arrive at the Church of St. Joseph & St. Brigid, Bothar na Naomh, Thurles, at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday, 14th January, at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

 Late Mr Michael Gleeson (R.I.P.) It was with a great personal sadness I learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 10th January 2018, of Mr Michael Gleeson, Clogher, Clonoulty, Co.Tipperary.
Mr Gleeson passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, while in the care of the Medical Staff of Clonmel Regional Hospital.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Peggy (née Coady); daughters Norma and Mary, grandson Brian-Michael; sisters Sr. Gabriel (Missionary Sisters Holy Rosary, Dublin) and Sr. Regina (Presentation Sisters, Thurles); nephew; niece; sister-in-law; extended relatives; carers and many friends.

The earthly remains of Mr Gleeson will lie in repose at Hayes Funeral Home, Clonoulty, Co. Tipperary, on tomorrow evening, Friday 12th January, from 5.00pm to 7.30pm, to arrive at the Church of St. John, The Baptist, Clonoulty at 8.00pm.
Requiem Mass will be held on Saturday morning, 13th January, at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Clogher Cemetery.
