It was with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Thursday 9th May 2024, of Mrs Rita Kennedy (nee Whyte), Main Street, Templetuohy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents Mai (Nee Phelan) and Michael and parents-in-law Nora and Michael; Mrs Kennedy passed away peacefully following a short illness most bravely borne.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving husband Noel, son Tony, daughter-in-law Tamara, grandchildren, extended relatives, neighbours and friends,
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Kennedy will be received into the Church of the Sacred Heart, Church Lane Templetuohy, Thurles, on Sunday morning, May 12th. to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.
