It is with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Friday 29th June 2018, of Mr T.J. (Thomas Joseph) Cummins, Cheshire Homes, Swinford, Co. Mayo; formerly of Mitchel Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and “Sacre Coeur”, Cloughmartin, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his parents Martin and Mary, brother Fintan and brother-in-law Jan; Mr Cummins, passed away peacefully today at Mayo General Hospital.
Sadly missed by his sisters Norma, Imelda, Angela, Geraldine, Aideen, Vivienne, Cora, Gabrielle; brothers Martin and Kevin; brothers-in-law Michael and Andrew; partners P.J. and Wolfgang; sister-in-law Gemma; nieces; nephews; grandnephew; aunts; uncle; extended relatives and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Cummins will lie in repose at his sister Norma’s home, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on Saturday, June 30th, from 4.00pm to 7.00pm.
Removal on Sunday, July 1st, at 2.00pm from Norma’s Home to Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, for a Humanist Service at 4.00pm, followed by cremation afterwards.
Donations to St. Joseph’s Ward, The National Rehabilitation Hospital, Rochestown Ave, Woodpark, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin in memory of T.J’s life.
So sorry to hear this bad news about T.J. He will be dearly missed by his family and friends. I have a lot of good memories of T.J. while living here in my house in C T and working here also. May god bless you T.J. and we will meet again. Jerry Molony
