It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Sunday 9th June 2024, of Mr John (Johnny) Dunne, Studio 8, Glenbane Lower, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents Patrick (Pa) and Catherine, sister Maura, brother Joe and Seamus; Mr Dunne passed away unexpectedly following a short illness, while in the care of staff at Cluain Arann Community Nursing Home, Tipperary Town.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; sister Kathleen, brothers Patrick, Laurence and Noel, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law Emilia and Margaret, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and great friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Dunne will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday afternoon, June 13th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening. His remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Friday morning, 14th June, at 10.30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment Immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, (E41 CF72).

Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Monica (née O’Gorman), sisters Aileen and Irene; Dr Kennedy passed away following a short illness, surrounded by his loving family.
