It is with a great personal sadness I learned of the death today, Saturday 3rd February 2018, of Mr Ned O’Shea, Carraig Duin, Thurles and formerly of Croke, Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, and late of Co. Cavan and Co. Leitrim.
Predeceased by his wife Tina (née Fox), brothers Pat (USA) and Sean; Mr O’Shea passed away in his 90th year, while in the loving care of the Matron and Staff of Ardeen Nursing Home, Abbey Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his daughters Maureen and Kathleen; brother Gus; nephews; nieces; brothers in law; sisters in law; grand nieces; grand nephews; cousins; extended relatives; neighbours and a multitude of friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr O’Shea will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Monday, 5th February, from 5.00pm to 7.00pm, to arrive at the Cathedral of The Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Tuesday morning, February 6th, at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Ms Condon will be brought to the Cathedral of The Assumption, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, on tomorrow, Sunday February 4th, at 7.30pm. (Hugh Ryan Funeral Directors.)
Requiem Mass will be held in the Cathedral on Monday, 5th February, at 11.00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 1st February 2018, of Mr John Gleeson, Knocknagorriff, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and late of Templederry, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Gleeson passed away peacefully while in the care of the General Hospital, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving wife Josephine; son Tim; daughters Joanne and Dr. Pauline (Shiakallis); daughter-in-law Patricia; son-in-law Sergis; also by Ted; grandchildren Zoe, Claudia, Lucy, Holly and Andreas; nephews; nieces; extended relatives; neighbours and many friends.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Gleeson will repose at Ryan’s Funeral Home, Nenagh, on this Sunday evening from 4.00pm with removal at 7.00 pm, to arrive to the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Cloghinch, Templederry, Co. Tipperary at 7.30pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Monday at 12.00 noon, followed by burial immediately afterwards in the new cemetery, Templederry.

It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Thursday 1st February 2018, of Mrs Alice Harris (née O’Shaughnessy), Childers Park, Thurles and formerly Derheen, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Harris passed away peacefully, after a short illness, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her sons John and Damien; brother Noel, sisters Emily and Imelda; grandchildren; great grandson; daughters-in-law; nephews; nieces; brother-in-law; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday 4th February at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Requiem Mass will take place on Sunday afternoon at 1.00pm, followed by interment in the new cemetery, Templederry.
