It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday 25th March 2026, of Mrs Mary Quigley (née Kennedy), Graigue, Moycarkey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Butler Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents Mick and Tess; Mrs Quigley passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, following an illness most bravely borne, and while in the care of staff at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles and Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving and devoted husband Michael, brother John, sisters-in-law Ann, Joanie and Maura, brothers-in-law Tom, Dickie and PJ, nieces, nephews, aunt Josie, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours, colleagues in Quigleys Bakery and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Quigley will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, (Eircode E41 CP59), on Friday afternoon, March 27th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St. Peter, Moycarkey, Thurles, on Saturday morning, March 28th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed immediately afterwards by a service of Cremation at Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30), at 4:00pm.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, today Sunday 22nd March 2026 of Mrs Linda Stapleton (née O’Shea), Lower Main Street, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Jim, her sister Nancy, brothers Teddy and Bobby and her nephew Tadhg; Mrs Stapleton passed away, while in the care of staff at Nenagh General Hospital, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; daughters Shelia and Julie, sons Bobby, Jimmy and David, her beloved grandchildren, sister Rosaleen (Cullen, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary), brother Sean (O’Shea, Carlow), sons-in-law Ruairi and Joe, daughters-in-law Mary, June and Jen, sister-in-law Pat, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Her remains will be received into the nearby Church of the Sacred Heart, Pallas Street, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, on Wednesday afternoon, March 25th at 2:00pm to further repose for Requiem Mass, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in nearby St. Brigid’s cemetery, Upper Main Street, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, on Friday 20th March 2026, of Mr Jackie (John) Kelly, Grange Castle, Barna, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Sally, parents John and Bridie, brothers Jim, Kevin and Michael and nephew Kristian; Mr Kelly sadly passed away suddenly at his place of ordinary residence.
His passing is most deeply regretted sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; sons John and Finbarr, daughters Yvonne and Joanne, son-in-law Stephen, daughter-in-law Emma, Finbarr’s fiancée Maebh, his adored grandchildren, sisters Nancy and Marie, brothers Eamon and Gerald, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday March 21st 2026, of Mr John Power, Latteragh, Templederry, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Peggy and brothers Fr. Jim Power and Michael (Waterford); Mr Power passed away peacefully surrounded by his family, while in the care of staff at University Hospital (UHL), Limerick city.
His passing is most deeply regretted sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; sons Eamon, Shay, Sean, Aidan, Kevin and Vincent. Daughters-in-law, Marie, Berni, Clare, Anne, Eithne and Susan. Grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sister Billi (O’Donnell, Taghmon, Co.
