It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 23rd December 2025, of Mrs Theresa Mahon (née Stapleton),Tullinadaly Road, Tuam, Co. Galway and formerly of Ballypatrick, Bouladuff, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents John and Elizabeth, sisters Bridie and Mary, brothers James, Philip, Noel and John and her baby grandson Alex; Mrs Mahon passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Galway Hospice, following an illness most bravely borne.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving husband Tony, daughter Lisa, sons Michael and Gerry, their partners Seán, Shreya and Sarah, four grandchildren James, Caitlin, Eva and Jessica, loving sister Rita and her brothers Michael and Matt, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Mahon will repose at Grogan’s Funeral Home, Barrack Street, Tuam, Co, Galway, (Eircode H54 Y677) on Friday afternoon, December 26th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening, followed by removal to her home. Requiem Mass for Mrs Mahon will be offered on Saturday morning, December 27th, at 11:30am in the Cathedral of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary, Bishop Street, Tuam, Co. Galway, followed by interment immediately afterwards, in Tuam Cemetery, 25 Athenry Road, Farrannabox, Tuam, Co. Galway, (Eircode H54 FF80).

Pre-deceased by her parents, her husband Martin, brother Paddy and sister-in-law Kitty; Mrs Fennelly passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Fennor Hill Care Facility, Urlingford Co. Kilkenny.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving sons Michael, Pat, Martin, J.J., Paschal, Fintan, Fr. Seán and Dermot, her daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sister Kathleen (Roberts) extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband Eddie, her sisters Sally and Eileen and her brother John; Mrs O’Dwyer passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family.

Pre-deceased by her parents Michael and Mary, and sister Margaret (Lim); Mrs Mooney passed away peacefully after a long illness most bravely borne, while in the care of staff at St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; devoted husband Eddie, brothers Michael (Gortnahoe) and Arthur (Cragg), sister Maria (O’Keeffe, Ballinunty), niece Avalon, nephews Fabian and Fiac, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, sister-in-law Maura, brother-in-law Bart, cousins, extended relatives, carers, neighbours and friends.

Tipperary.
