It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Wednesday 13th March 2024, of Mr Loughlin (Lottie) Doran, Archerstown, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents John and Margaret and his sister Chris; Mr Doran passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, while in the care of staff of Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, South Co. Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his devoted wife Nora (née Fogarty, Leugh), daughters Margaret and Mary, sons John and Peter, grandchildren, brother Paddy, sons-in-law Freek and Conal, daughter-in-law Sinead, nieces, nephews, brother-in-law Michael (Fogarty), extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Doran will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on tomorrow afternoon, Friday March 15th, from 5:00pm until 8:00pm same evening. His remains will be received into the Church of Our Lady and St Kevin, Littleton, Thurles on Saturday morning, March 16th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Mary’s Old Cemetery, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 12th March 2024, of Mr Eddie Hosty, Waincliffe House, Beakstown, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Shanvallyboght, Irishtown, Co Mayo and Leeds, U.K.
Pre-deceased by his parents Pat and Nora, brothers Pete and Tom; Mr Hosty passed away peacefully, following a short illness, while under the care of staff at Waterford University Hospital, Palliative Care Unit, and surrounded by his loving family.
His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his devoted family; wife Mary, children Amanda, Alan and Ramona, grandchildren Samantha, Sheridan, Sasha, Erin, Leny and Lucas, sons-in-law Paul and Marcos, daughter-in-law Nicola, brothers Paddy, John and Gabe, sisters Carmel and Frances, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, Holycross-Ballycahill GAA members, neighbours and friends.

The earthly remains of Mr Hosty will repose in the John Doyle Center, Holycross, Ballycahill GAA Club (E41 NH26), on Friday afternoon, March 15th, from 4:00pm until 6.30pm, before his remains are received into the former Cistercian Monastery Abbey at Holycross, Thurles, (E41 PHO1) at 7:15pm same evening. Requiem Mass for Mr Hosty will be celebrated on Saturday morning, March 16th at 9:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in Irishtown Cemetery, Ballinvilla, Irishtown, Co. Mayo (ETA 2:00pm).

Mrs O’Brien passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Palliative Care Unit, University Hospital Waterford.
Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving family; husband John, daughter Caitríona, sons Karl, Richard, Steven, Colm, Alan, Jason and Rory, sisters Josephine and Theresa, grandchildren Jamie, Conor, Ludovica, Sam, Alex and Max, nieces and nephew, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Thursday 29th February 2024, of Ms Elizabeth (Betty) Maguire, late of London, and formerly of Kilbrennal, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her father John and mother Mary; Ms Maguire passed away peacefully following a long illness, while in the care of staff at St Joseph’s Hospital, London.
Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister Kitty (Kirby), brothers George, Eddie, Stephen and Pat, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Pre-deceased by his parents Annie and Edmond; Mr O’Shea passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Padre Pio Nursing Home, Holycross, Thurles, surrounded by his loving family.
His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his wife Mary Rose, sister Mary (Tobin), brother Willie, nephew Thomas (Tobin), niece Elizabeth (O’Brien) and her husband Thomas, grandnieces, grandnephew, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.
