It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Thursday 29th February 2024, of Ms Elizabeth (Betty) Maguire, late of London, and formerly of Kilbrennal, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her father John and mother Mary; Ms Maguire passed away peacefully following a long illness, while in the care of staff at St Joseph’s Hospital, London.
Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her sister Kitty (Kirby), brothers George, Eddie, Stephen and Pat, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Ms Maguire will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, No 1 Bóthar Lug, Killenaule, Co. Tipperary (E41 HH66), on Friday afternoon, March 15th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St. Mary, Bailey Street, Killenaule, Thurles, on Saturday morning March 16th, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Lanespark Cemetery, Lanespark, Ballinunty, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
