It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Friday 11th September 2026, of Mrs Margaret Maher (née Ryan), Kilboy, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her husband Mike; Mrs Maher passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital Clonmel, South Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving daughter Marie, son-in-law Brendan, sister Esther, brothers Tim and Francis, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Maher will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home Killenaule, Thurles, (Eircode E41 HH66) on tomorrow afternoon, Sunday, September 13th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, same evening.
Her funeral cortège will be received into the Church of St. Mary, Bailey Street, Killenaule, Thurles on Monday morning to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Crosscannon Cemetery, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
