Death Of Aileen Hehir, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Thursday, 11th November 2021, of Mrs Aileen Hehir (née Cahill) William Street, Kilkenny City, Co. Kilkenny and late of Leugh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Des; Mrs Hehir passed away peacefully at her place of residence.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her immediate family, Caran, Helen, Tom and Anthony, adored grandchild Lucy and considered family member Niall, Sister Margaret (Salesian), daughter-in-law Deirdre, sisters-in-law Mary, Margot, Ann, Nancy and Bridget, brothers-in-law Liam and Dick, nephews, nieces, extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Hehir will repose for Requiem Mass on Sunday afternoon next, November 14th, at 2:00pm in St Mary’s Cathedral, James’s St, Gardens, Kilkenny City, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Foulkstown Cemetery, Co. Kilkenny.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Hehir, but are unable to do so, due to current virus restrictions; funeral Mass can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
