Death Of Richard Ireland, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness and regret that we learned of the death, on Thursday 22nd April 2021, of Mr Richard Ireland, Clar Aoibhinn, Claremorris, Co. Mayo and formerly of Renaghmore, Grange, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Ireland passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Mayo University Hospital.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his wife Olive, son John, daughters Laura, Marie, Donna and Jill, sons-in-law Vinny and Chris, mother-in-law Midie, sisters Olive and Gladys, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, his adored grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The funeral cortège, bearing the earthly remains of Mr Ireland, will leave Gilligan’s Funeral Home, Market Square, Claremorris, Co. Mayo at 10:30am on Monday morning next, April 26th, (Travelling via Ballyhaunis Road and Clar Aoibhinn) to arrive for Funeral Service at 3:00pm in Kilcooley Church, Gortnahoe, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in Kilcooley Cemetery.

[NB: Due to National Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending (limited to 25 family members), will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
