Death Of Joan Taylor, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

It was with sadness that we learned of the death on Sunday 4th October 2020 last, of Mrs Joan Taylor (née Cullagh), Ballyerk, Templetuohy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by her brothers Micháel and Sean, sisters Peggy, Eileen, Biddy and Antoinette; Mrs Taylor passed away suddenly, surrounded by her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her devoted husband Dan; sons Michael, Seamus, Donal and Denis; daughters Margaret and Helen; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; daughters-in-law Ann, Jackie, Maria and Lorraine; son-in-law Chris; sisters Mai, Teresa, Kitty and Gay; brothers Pajo, Dinny, Jimmy and Tommy; nephews; nieces; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law; extended relatives; neighbours and many good friends.

Requiescat in Pace.

Funeral Arrangements.

Due to Level 3 Covid-19 restrictions with regard to public gatherings; Requiem Mass and interment for Mrs Taylor, will be held privately for immediate family.

The earthly remains of Mrs Taylor will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on tomorrow evening, Wednesday, October 7th, from 4:00pm to 6:00pm for neighbours and friends to pay their respect, [Without family in attendance. Note: Capacity limits will be strictly adhered to.]
Arriving at St. Mary’s Church, Moyne on Thursday morning, October 8th, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St. Mary’s New Cemetery, Moyne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

  • Our sincerest condolences to the Taylor family on their sad loss. Joan was an absolute lady and a privilege to know.
    To her beloved Dan, the boys, girls, her cherished grandchildren and great grandchildren, we offer our thoughts and prayers.
