It was with a great personal sadness that I learned of the death yesterday, Tuesday 3rd March 2020, of Mr Ned Lowry, The Green, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Lowry passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family, following a prolonged illness, most bravely borne.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his wife Pauline; son Eamon; daughters Esther, Trisha and Julianne; grand-daughter Róisín; sister Mary (Dwyer); brothers Phil, John, Michael (Independent Tipperary T.D.), Pat and Jimmy; sons-in-law Padraig, Breiffni and Tom; nephews; nieces; grand-nephews; grand-nieces; brothers-in-law; sisters-in-law, extended relatives; neighbours and a wide circle of friends.
Requiescat in Pace.
Funeral Arrangements
The earthly remains of Mr Lowry will lie in repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary on tomorrow evening, Thursday March 5th, from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Arriving at Holycross Abbey on Friday morning, March 6th, for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining cemetery.
