Death Of Noel O’Brien, Moyne Road, Thurles

deathIt is with great sadness we learn today of the death (Friday 20th March 2015) of Mr Noel (Anthony) O’Brien, 39 Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

A former director of Thurles Credit Union, Mr O’Brien was predeceased by his brother Charlie, and his passing is deeply regretted by his loving wife Martha, sons Karl and John, daughter Margaret, brother Paddy, sisters Chrissie and Una, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, son-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, nephews, nieces, relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Note: As a mark of respect, Thurles Credit Union will remain closed on Monday morning next (March 23rd 2015), re-opening for business again later at 12.30 p.m..

Funeral Arrangements
Mr O’Brien’s body will repose at his residence tomorrow, Sunday, March 22nd, from 5.00 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. to arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption [Map Ref.] Thurles at 8.00p.m.

Requiem Mass will take place on Monday, March 23rd, at 11.00 a.m. with burial afterwords in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles.

    RIP Noelie. A gentleman to the core. Always had a kind word for the kids on the street.
    To Martha, Margaret, Karl, Johnny and their extended families, I offer my sincerest condolences.
