It is with sadness that we learned of the death today, Sunday 18th October 2020, of Mr Gerry (Patrick) Byrne, Foilnacanna, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by his daughter Kathleen, brother John and sister Kathleen (Ryan); Mr Byrne passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his wife Mary and children Eileen, Paddy, Mary Kate and Margaret; grandchildren Nathan, Gerry, Andrew, Patrick and Mary; sons-in-law Chris (Killane) and Michael (Hanly); sisters in law; brother in law; nephews; nieces; extended relatives; neighbours and a large circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Byrne, will repose on tomorrow afternoon, Monday October 19th, from 1:00pm at McCormack’s Funeral Home, Kilcommon, Thurles. [Strict adherence to social distancing and face coverings.]
His body will be received into St. Patrick’s Church, Kilcommon, Thurles, arriving for Funeral Mass at 3:00pm, followed immediately afterwards by interment in the New Cemetery, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
[Note: Due to national Public Health Guidelines regarding coronavirus restrictions; attendance within the Church building will be limited to 25 people only]
