Death Of Phil Dwyer, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Friday 23rd December 2022, of Mrs Phil Dwyer (née Butler) Turtulla, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Timothy (TK) and grand-daughter Royanne; Mrs Dwyer passed away peacefully, while in the company of her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her children Mary, Ned, Alice (Williams), Tom, Kate, Tadhg, Josie (Cleary) and Angela, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Dwyer will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Monday evening, December 26th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Church of Our Lady and St. Kevin, Littleton, Thurles on Tuesday morning, December 27th, at 11:00am for to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11.30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the adjoining graveyard.

Death Of Pat Coffey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Thursday 22nd December 2022, of Mr Pat Coffey, No. 26 Butler Court, Mitchel Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Ard Mhuire, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Flor and Áine and brother Flor; Mr Coffey passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family.

His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his brothers John, Gerard and sister Kathleen, uncle Seán and aunt Sr. Mary, nieces Lisa, Claire and Shauna, cousins, neighbours and many good friends.

The earthly remains of Mr Coffey will repose for Requiem Mass in the Cathedral of the Assumption Cathedral Street, Thurles, on St. Stephen’s day at 11:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards, in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Anne O’Shaughnessy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Friday 23rd December 2022, of Mrs Anne O’Shaughnessy (née Heavey), Ard Mhuire, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Peter and son Michael; Mrs O’Shaughnessy passed away peacefully at her place of residence, while under the wonderful care of her family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her loving family; Dominic, Helen, Peter, AnnMarie, Maureen, Thomas, Paudie, Geraldine, Niall and Fiona, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, sisters Patsy, Noreen, Mena and Gretta, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, good neighbours and great friends.

Death Of Helen McGeough, Late Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Wednesday 21st December 2022, of Mrs Helen McGeough (née Walsh), Santry, Co Dublin and late of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mrs McGeough passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at the Mater Hospital, Eccles Street, Dublin 7 .

Pre-deceased by her daughter Carolyn and brother Pat, the passing of Mrs McGeough is most deeply regretted by her husband Jim, children Paul, Brendan, Catherine, Anne Marie, Claire, David, Deirdre, Kevin, Laura, Maeve and Brian, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, her twenty five grandchildren, brother Jerry, sisters and brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of the Holy Child, The Thatch Road, Whitehall, Dublin 9 on Tuesday morning to further repose for Requim Mass at 10:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Fingal Cemetery, Balgriffin, Co. Dublin.

Death Of Fr. Patrick Dwyer, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Wednesday 21st December 2022, of Fr. Patrick (Pat) Dwyer, Thurles, Co. Tipperary; formerly of Drombane, Tipperary and Drumdowney, Kilkenny.

Pre-deceased by his parents John and Mary, brothers Denis, Ned and Stephen, his sister Brigid (Treacy); Fr. Patrick passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Sacred Heart Nursing Home, Crosspatrick, Co. Kilkenny; having served in Ireland, England and the United States; before returning to spend his last 35 years in Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving siblings Kay, Jack, Mary, Bill, Tom, Margaret, Eileen and Josephine, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, friends andhis Pallottine Community.

The earthly remains of Fr. Patrick will repose in the Conference Room of the Pallottine College, Kickham Street, Thurles on tomorrow afternoon, Friday, December 23rd, from 3:00pm to 6:00pm, before being received into the Pallottine Chapel, Kickham Street, Thurles.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Saturday, December 24th, at 12:00 noon, followed by interment immediately afterwards in the Pallottine Community Cemetery, St. Mary’s, Cabra, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
