Death Of Armands Zalitis, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Friday 22nd November 2024, of Mr Armands Zalitis, Wolfe Tone Place, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Aluksne, Latvia.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; children Santa, Daniel and Alise, mother Anita (Sibauma), sister Lelde (Kozilane), brother Aivis (Sibaums), uncles Janis and Gatis (Zalitis), extended relatives neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The remains of Mr Zalitis will repose in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles (E41 CP59) on Monday afternoon next, December 16th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
A Cremation Service will be held in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (V14 PV30) on Tuesday December 17th next at 12:00 noon.

Death Of Eddie Olden, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 10th December 2024, of Mr Eddie Olden, Cabragh Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Blackrock, Co. Cork.

Pre-deceased by his beloved wife Margot, brothers John, Dan and Tom, sister Dina, sister-in-law Maura and brother-in-law Robert; Mr Olden passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Four Fern’s Nursing Home, Brighton Rd, Foxrock, Co. Dublin.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; daughters Susan, Nodlaig and Julie, sons-in-law Mark, Neil and Paul, grandchildren Helen, Amy, Kate, Jack, Alma and Orla, sisters-in-law Maura, Ann, Nodlaig and Ruth, brothers-in-law Michael and John, nephews, nieces, wonderful friends and neighbours.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Olden will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Friday afternoon, December 13th from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Church of St Joseph and St Brigid, Bothar-na-Naomh, Thurles on Saturday morning, December 14th, at 10:30am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Holycross Abbey graveyard, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Jody Mulcaire, Formerly Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 10th December 2024, of Mr Jody Mulcaire, Ballinree, Boherlahan, Cashel, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Iona Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Joe and Dinah, sisters Marian and Suzanne, nephew Steven, niece Christina, mother-in-law Mary (Fahey) and brother-in-law Denis; Mr Mulcaire passed away unexpectedly, while in the care of staff at the ICU Ward, Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co.Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Jacinta, daughter Ciara, son Dean, brothers Michael and Billy, sisters Breda and Margaret, father-in-law Tommy Fahey, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

His remains will be received into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Boherlahan, Cashel to further repose for Requiem Mass on Saturday morning, December 14th, at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Ardmayle graveyard, Ardmayle, Cashel, Co. Tipperary.

Death Of Eleanor Phelan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Tuesday 10th December 2024, of Mrs Eleanor Phelan (née Phelan), South Lodge, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Kickham Street, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her loving brother James, parents Eddie and Mary Joe; Mrs Phelan passed away peacefully at Waterford University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Eamon, children Elaine, Kate and Ciarain, brothers Laurence and Timothy, sisters Elizabeth and Jacqueline, sisters-in-law Bridget, Breda and Margaret, brothers-in-law Sean and Pierce, nieces, nephews, grand-nieces, grand-nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of St Mary, Grangemockler, Carrick-on-Suir, Co. Tipperary, to further repose for Requiem Mass on Saturday afternoon, December 14th, at 12:30pm, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.
