It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 17th December 2024, of Mr Philip Ryan, Rathmoy, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Toomevara, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his beloved parents Jerry and Peg and his sister Mary; Mr Ryan passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence, surrounded by his loving family.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Mary (Butler Ryan), his son Trevor, daughter Lauren and their partners Eimear and Diarmuid, grandchildren Amelia and Tommy, his brothers Paddy, Ger and Stephen, sisters Nora, Margaret and Millie, uncle Tom (Jerry), brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Ryan will repose at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Castlequarter House, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, on Thursday afternoon from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the nearby Church of the Sacred Heart, Pallas Street, Borrisland South, Borrisoleigh, Co. Tipperary on Friday morning, December 20th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass, followed by a cremation service, in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (V14 PV30), at 3:00pm.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday, Monday 16th December 2024, of Mr Stephen Lee, No. 11 McDonagh Terrace, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his wife Mary, daughter Sinead, grand daughter Jessica, brothers and sisters; Mr Lee tragically passed away following a fire at his home, together with his caring son Mr John Lee.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; daughter Karen (Fitzpatrick), son Christopher, son-in-law Paudie, daughters-in-law, Michelle and Mary, grandchildren Aoife, Stephen, Amy, Edward, Eoin, Katie, Kayleigh, Tara, Shane, Ella and Tessa, sisters Kitty, Tess and Pauline, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Lee will repose at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Upper Kickham Street, Dublin Road, Thurles (E41 XY47) on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday December 18th, from 4:30pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His funeral cortège will be received into the Church of Our Lady and St. Kevin, Littleton, Thurles, on Thursday morning, December 19th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.
