Nature Of Danger: Symptoms of Listeria monocytogenes infection can include mild flu-like symptoms, or gastrointestinal symptoms such as nausea, vomiting and diarrhoea. In rare cases, the infection can be more severe, causing serious complications. Some people are more vulnerable to Listeria monocytogenes infections, including pregnant women, babies, and people with weakened immune systems, including the elderly. The incubation period (time between initial infection and first symptoms appearing) is on average 3 weeks but can range between 3 and 70 days.

Pre-deceased by his infant son Howard Samuel, his brother William and his brother-in-law Frank Kenny; Mr Fryday passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Mater Private Hospital, Dublin.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Barbara (retired Church of Ireland Canon, Old St Mary’s Clonmel Union and formerly acting Rector St Mary’s Church, Thurles), daughters Laura and Maeve, son Howard, Maeve’s partner Chris, daughter-in-law Christina, grandchildren Aisling, Alana, Megan and Sam, sisters Sylvia Sheil (Dublin) and Jean Kenny (Roscrea), brother-in-law Les, sister-in-law Elizabeth, Barbara’s brothers and sisters, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Fryday will repose at Whites Funeral Home, Cappawhite, Co. Tipperary(Eircode E34 WR83) on Tuesday afternoon, July 1st, from 5:00pm, with removal at 7:00pm to the Church of St Mary, Garryduff East, Dundrum, Co. Tipperary (Eircode E34 KV18), same evening. A Funeral Service will be held on Wednesday afternoon, July 2nd, at 1:00pm, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

His remains will be received into the Church of St Patrick and St Oliver, Glengoole, Thurles, on Wednesday morning, July 2nd, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

Her remains will be received into the Church of Jesus Christ Our Saviour, Rossmore, Cashel, on tomorrow morning Sunday, July 1st, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
