It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday 12th March 2025, of Mrs Nuala Mason (née McGuigan), Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs Mason passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of staff at Mountpleasant Lodge, Kilcock, Co. Kildare.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving husband Jim, sons Noel and Jimmy, daughters Maria, Michelle and Sandra, daughters-in-law Edel and Imelda, sons-in-law Nick and Matty, twelve cherished grandchildren, sister Phyllis, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Mason will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, on Friday afternoon, March 14th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening. Her remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street Thurles, on Saturday morning, March 15th at 10:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
For those persons who wish to attend Requiem Mass for Mrs Mason, but for reasons cannot, same can be viewed streamed live online, HERE.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday 12th March 2025, of Mrs Claire Connolly (née O’Donovan), Killahara, Loughmore, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Bohermore, Co. Limerick.
Mrs Connolly, sadly, passed away while in the care of staff at University Hospital Limerick, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; husband Eamon, sons Ciaran and Ed and her daughter Mary, brothers John, Pat and Peter, brother and sister-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Connolly will repose on Friday afternoon, March 14th, at the Church of the Nativity of Our Lady, Loughmore, Templemore, from 4:00pm until 8:00pm same evening. Requiem Mass for Mrs Connolly will be celebrated on Saturday morning, March 15th at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 11th March 2025, of Mr Patrick (Pat) O’Connell, Greenhills, 175 Limekiln Green, Walkinstown, Co. Dublin and formerly of Ballingarry (South Riding), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his parents Geoff and Josie, his brother Michael and sisters Joan and Noreen; Mr O’Connell passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Our Lady’s Hospice, Harolds Cross, following a long illness most bravely borne.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; brother Danny, sisters Catherine and Anne, brother-in-law Tommy, sister-in-law Bridie, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

On Friday morning his remains will be received into the Church of the Assumption, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment in the Sacred Heart Cemetery, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Saturday 8th March 2025, of Mrs Carmel Laffan (née Egan), Lake View Drive, Templemore, and formerly of Foilnadrough, Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Predeceased by her parents William and Margaret, sisters Joan and Margaret and her brother Joseph; the passing of Mrs Laffan is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family, her heartbroken and devoted husband Eddie, son Edward, daughter Aoife, daughter-in-law Alison, mother-in-law Bridget, grandchildren Éanna, Cillian and Méabh, sisters Mary and Theresa, brothers Liam, Gerard and Martin, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives and a large circle of friends.
