It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 3rd February 2026, of Ms Shauna Dunne, Tarmon Drive, Thurles Co. Tipperary and formerly of Childers Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her uncle Eddie; the passing of Ms Dunne is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving partner Paul (Sheehan), mother Sandra and her partner Denis, sister Naoimi and her partner Aidan, grandmother Peggy, aunty Suzie, uncle Noel (Connors), grandfather Ned, Paul’s mother Enda and his sisters Denise and Jennifer, grand-uncles, grand-aunts, cousins, neighbours and many great friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

Following the wishes of Ms Dunne her funeral cortège, containing her earthly remains, will be received into the Church of St Joseph and St Brigid, Bothar-na-Naomh, Thurles on Friday morning, February 6th, at 10:30am, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by a Service of Cremation at Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30), at 3:00pm.

Death Of Sr Nano Purcell, Late Of Thurles, Co Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 1st February 2026, of Sr Nano Purcell, Presentation Convent, Clondalkin, Dublin and late of Lisdonowly, Moyne, Co Tipperary.

In her 96th year and pre-deceased by her parents Thomas and Brigid, brothers Pat and Tommy and sister Bridie; Sr Nano passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Clondalkin Lodge Nursing Home, Dublin.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving brother Fr Sean (Congregation of the Most Holy Redeemer,Limerick), sister Maura (Mulumby), her nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, great grandniece, members of her Presentation Community, neighbours and friends.

The earthly remains of Sr Nano will repose at Brian McElroy’s Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin, Dublin, (Eircode D22 K602), on Thursday afternoon, February 5th, from 2:00pm until 4:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Church of the Immaculate Conception and St Killian, New Road, Clondalkin Village, Dublin 22, on Friday morning, February 6th, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Newlands Cross Cemetery, Ballymount Road, Ballymount, Dublin 24, (Eircode D24 KICY); arriving at approximately 1:00pm.

Death Of Tommy Keane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 1st February 2026, of Mr Thomas (Tommy) Keane, McDonagh Terrace, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Glenreigh, Holycross, Thurles, Co, Tipperary and Kilclogher, Kilbaha, Co. Clare.

Pre-deceased by his parents Thomas and Bridget, brothers, sisters, parents-in-law Nora and Paddy Skehan; Mr Keane passed away surrounded by his loving family whine in the wonderful care of the staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, South Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; wife Breda (née Skehan), sons Andy, Paul and Eddie, daughters Teresa and Esther, grandchildren Cillian, Ada, Elliot, Oran, Charlie, Marie, Lana, Kian and Maia, daughters-in-law Lorna and Marie, son-in-law Gerard, twin brother Martin and brother Michael (Florida), sisters Teresa and Betty (Australia), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

His remains will be received into the former Cistercian Monastery Abbey Church, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary. (Eircode E41 PH01) on Thursday morning February 5th at 11:00am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment. immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Friday 30th January 2026, of Mrs Catherine Feeley, (née Horgan), Orchard Crescent, Templetuohy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Frank, parents Lil and Paddy (Charles Street, Listowel) and brothers Pat and John; Mrs Feeley passed away peacefully.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving son John, daughter Frances, sisters Margaret and Lily, son-in-law Ray, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Requiem Mass for Mrs Feeley will be offered on Thursday Morning, February 5th, at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.

Death Of Kathleen Feehan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Saturday 31st January 2026, of Mrs Kathleen (Kathlyn) Feehan (née Moloney), late of Highfield Court, and formerly of Matthew Avenue, Thurles; Wolfe Tone Place, Thurles and Butler Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her beloved and devoted husband Noel, sisters Maura, Anna, Teresa and Angela, brothers Billy, Larry, Lowry, Noel, Joe and Judge; Mrs Feehan passed away peacefully at her place of ordinary residence, surrounded by her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; Sons Bryan and Jimmy, daughters Breda, Sarah and Anna, son-in-law Damien (Byrne), daughter-in-law Ann (Scanlon), Alan, Gordo, grandchildren Rory, Darragh, Emer, Lara, Ace (Aoife), Andrew and Kate, brother-in-law Brendan (Feehan), sisters-in-law Eithne, Peggy, Rose and Madeline, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and friends, including dear friends Mary Guilfoyle, Mary Hayes and Maura Purcell, teaching colleagues throughout the years and friends in Thurles Musical Society.

Tipperary.
