It was with sadness that we learned of the death, on Friday 24th October 2025, of Mr Andrew Woods, Malahide, Co. Dublin and formerly of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Woods sadly passed away suddenly, while in Lanzarote.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Jackie, parents George and Lily, sisters Susan, Elizabeth and Aileen, father-in-law Christopher, brothers-in-law John, Derek, Paraic, Paul and Chris, sister-in-law Anne, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
A Service to celebrate the life of Mr Woods will take place in Dardistown Crematorium, Collinstown Cross, Old Airport Rd, Dardistown, Co. Dublin, (Eircode K67 HP26) on Tuesday afternoon next, November 4th, at 2:30pm.
For those persons who would wish to attend the Service of Cremation for Mr Woods, but for reasons cannot, same can be viewed streamed live online, HERE.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, today, Thursday 16th October 2025, of Mr Geurt van den Dikkenberg, Balloughboy, Ballinure, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr van den Dikkenberg sadly passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Anneke, daughter Fiona, sons Conor and Colin, son-in-law Darren, daughters-in-law Maria and Rachel, grandchildren Jacob, Freddie, Ethan and Mícheál, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

The remains of Mr van den Dikkenberg will repose at Devitt’s Funeral Home, The Green, Cashel, (Eircode E25 P383), on tomorrow afternoon, Friday October 17th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening. A service of cremation will take place privately later.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 14th October 2025, of Mrs Ann Grainger (née O’Connell), late of Wexford and formerly of Glenageary, Co. Dublin and Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Richard and son Richard Jnr, sister Sheila and brother Michael; Mrs Grainger passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of staff at Wygram Nursing Home, Wygram House, Davitt Road, North, Co. Wexford.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving daughter Maria, son Barry, brother Chris, sister Elsie, grandchildren Keith, Andrea and Reece, great-grandchildren Molly, Mila, Max, Lucy and Alex, son-in-law Larry, daughter-in-law Paula, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

A celebration of life and a service of cremation will be held at Macken’s Funeral Home at 12:00 noon on Thursday, October 16th next.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, today Friday 26th September 2025, of Mr John Lanphier, Tinnakelly, Curraheen, Horse and Jockey, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his brothers Tony, Louie and Joseph, sister Kathleen and nephew Robbie; Mr Lanphier passed away peacefully, following a short illness, while in the care of staff at the Mercy University Hospital, Cork.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Peggy (née Moloney, Ballysloe) son Thomas, daughter Bríd, daughter-in-law Emma, son-in-law John (O’Neill), god-daughter Farah, brothers Bobby and P.J., sisters Marie, Bridget and Eileen, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, extended relatives, good neighbours and many friends.

His remains will be received into the Church of St Peter, Moycarkey, Thurles, on Tuesday morning, September 30th, at 11:00am to further repose for for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by a Service of Cremation in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30) at 3:00pm.
