Death Of Lily Wade, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Wednesday 17th September 2025, of Mrs Lily Wade (née Kelly), Collins Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Coolcroo, Two-Mile-Borris, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Michael, daughter Rachel, brothers Tom, Tim, Phil and Liam, sister Eileen (Buckley), brothers-in-law Pat and John (Wade), Jimmy (Curry) and Fred (Fields), sister-in-law Anna (Kelly); Mrs Wade passed away unexpected, but peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital ICU, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving son Mark, daughters Natalie (Hackett) and Michelle, grandchildren Chloe, Nessa and Gráinne, daughter-in-law Orla, son in law Conor, sisters Mary (Field), Joan (Curry), Patsy (O’Dwyer), Noeleen (Curtis) and Bridget (Dempsey), nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, extended relatives, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Wade will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles (Eircode E41 CP59) on Friday afternoon, September 19th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Saturday morning, September 20th, at 10:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by a Service of Cremation in the Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork at 5:00pm.

Death Of Rose Corbett, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, on Friday 5th September 2025, of Ms Rose Corbett, Boherlug, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

The passing of Ms Corbett is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving sons Adam and Tony, their partners Sarah and Anna, grandchildren Kayla and Jude, Nyomi and Faye, brothers, sisters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

The earthly remains of Ms Corbett will repose at O’Connell’s Funeral Home, Killenaule, Thurles (Eircode E41 HH66), tomorrow afternoon, Monday, September 8th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, before be received into the Church of St. Mary, Bailey Street, Killenaule, Thurles at 7:30pm same evening.
Requiem Mass will be offered for Ms Corbett on Tuesday morning, September 9th, at 11:00am, followed by a Service of Cremation at The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.

Death Of Eileen Fleming, Formerly, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, on Thursday 15th May 2025, of Mrs Eileen Fleming (née Ryan), Newcastle under Lyme, Staffordshire, England; formerly of Fontenoy Terrace, Stradavoher, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and Loughmore, Templemore, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Tom, parents Mathew and Nan (Ryan) the passing of Mrs Fleming is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving daughter Margaret, son Thomas, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, son-in-law Kenny, daughter-in-law Debbie, sister Ann O’Dwyer (Hill View, Killahara, Thurles), nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Death Of Larry Monahan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, of Mr Laurence (Larry) Monahan, St Annes, Mitchel Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Oxmanstown Road, Dublin 7.

Pre-deceased by his parents James and Mary, sister Kay and grandson Brian jnr. ; Mr Monahan passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence, following a long illness bravely borne.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; sons Gary and Bobby, daughters Lynn, Tara, and Clare and their mother Margaret, grandchildren Zoe, Leah, Lucy, Róisín, Emma, Áine, Ruth, Jack, Cara, Cian, Ciara, Darragh and Aoife, sons-in-law Brian, Paul and Sean, daughters-in-law Amanda and Chanelle, brother Jimmy, sister Marie, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, cousins, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

A Service of Cremation will take place in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30) on Saturday morning, August 30th, at 11:00am.

It was with sadness that we learned of the death, on Saturday last 23rd August 2025, of Ms Helen Cuddihy
Blackrock, Dublin and formerly of Drangan, Thurles, Co. Tipperary
.

Ms Cuddihy sadly passed away unexpectedly at her place of ordinary residence.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving partner Owen, brothers John and Michael, sister Ann, sisters-in-law Marie and Helen, brother-in-law Joe, nieces Sinead and Deirdre, nephews Michael, Tom, Eoin, Conor, Adam and Robert, treasured grandnieces and grandnephews, her partner Owen’s sister Mary, the Mac Dermott family, extended relatives, wonderful neighbours, and many dear friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of St. John the Baptist, Newtown Ave, Newtown, Blackrock, Dublin, on Friday morning August 29th at 10:00am, followed by a private ‘Service of Cremation’ at Mount Jerome Crematorium.
