Death Of Kathleen O’Reilly, Formerly Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, on Monday 2nd March 2026, of Mrs Kathleen O’Reilly (née O’Donnell), Clondalkin, Co. Dublin and formerly of Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Harry; Mrs O’Reilly passed away peacefully at her place of ordinary residence.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving son Eric, her daughter-in-law MJ, grandchildren Shauna, Ben and Jason, great-grandchild Tadhg, her beloved partner Bobby, brother and sisters Billy, Ann and TJ, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs O’Reilly will repose at Brian McElroy, Funeral Home, Monastery Road, Clondalkin Village, (Eircode D22 K602) on Friday afternoon, March 6th 2026 from 3:00pm until 5:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Clondalkin Village, Dublin 22, on Saturday morning, March 7th, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by cremation at Newlands Cross Crematorium, Ballymount Road, Ballymount Great, Dublin 24, (Eircode D24 K1CY) at 12:30pm.

Death Of Bill English, Formerly Of Rossmore Cross, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Saturday 28th February 2026 of Mr William (Bill) English, Mount Elliott, New Ross, Co. Wexford and formerly of Rossmore Cross, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his sister Phyllis, his brothers John, Mikey, Tom and Paddy and Claire’s partner Tommy; Mr English passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence, surrounded by his loving family.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Anne, son Paul, daughter Claire, daughter-in-law Wendy, grandchildren Mark, Matthew, Rebecca, Hannah and Rosie, sister-in-law Anne, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, former colleagues in Teagasc, neighbours and friends.

The earthly remains of Mr English will repose at Cooney’s Funeral Home, New Ross, Co. Wexford, (Eircode Y34 FK44), on tomorrow afternoon, Tuesday March 3rd, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the nearby Church of St. Mary and St Michael, Robert Street, New Ross on Wednesday morning, March 4th, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 10:00am, followed by a Service of Cremation at The Garden Chapel, Mount Jerome Crematorium, Harold’s Cross, Dublin, on Thursday afternoon, March 5th at 1:30pm.

Death Of Pat Duggan, Formerly Of Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Sunday 1st March 2026 of Mr Pat Duggan, North Strand, Drogheda, Co. Louth and formerly of Thurles, Co. Tipperary and Lobinstown Co. Meath.

Aged in his 64th year and predeceased by his beloved wife Pam; Mr Duggan passed away peacefully at his place of ordinary residence, surrounded by his loving family.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving daughters Felicity and Erika, son Adrian, Felicity’s partner Paul, grandchildren Hailie, Libbie and Jamie, brothers Tom and Michael, sisters Freddie and Breda, brothers in law, sisters in law, nephews, nieces, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Thursday 19th February 2026, of Mr Oliver Nolan, Donaghmede, Co. Dublin and formerly of Collinstown, Co Westmeath and Holycross, Thurles, Co Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents, brothers Peter, Patsy and Joe, sisters Kathleen, Maisie and Bernadette; Mr Nolan passed away peacefully surrounded by his loving family, while in the care of staff at St Francis Hospice, Raheny, Co. Dublin.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Marie, son Eamon, daughters Bróna and Eimear, grandchildren Lily, Aoibheann, Jamie and Ollie, sons-in-law James and Ciarán, daughter-in-law Mags, sister Chrissie, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 8th February 2026 of Mrs Kathy Major, (née Kavanagh), Killenyarda, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her beloved husband John, parents Patrick & Johanna and brothers Joey and Pakie; Mrs Major passed away peacefully following a short illness, surrounded by her family, while in the care of staff at the ICU Unit and Med 2 Unit of Tipperary University Hospital.

Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving sister Teresa (Butler), nieces Annette, Josephine (Lowry), Elaine (Kavanagh Brennan), Jennifer, Caroline and Trina, nephews Michéal, Paddy, Mark, P.J., Jason and Patrick, grandnieces, grandnephews, great-grandnieces, great-grandnephews, her god-daughter Nina, godson Jamie, extended relatives, a large circle of friends especially Ann, Helen and Margaret and her fantastic neighbours, especially Tom and Veronica O’Dwyer, Joe Bourke, Michael & Kathleen Ferncombe and Catherine O’Gorman.

Cork at 2:00pm.
