It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Tuesday last, 3rd February 2026, of Mr Patrick Joseph (PJ) Bourke, Cuan Mhuire, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Tipperary and formerly of Ballycahill, Thurles and Jersey, Channel Islands.
In his 83rd year and pre-deceased by his brothers Willie and Eddie, sisters Biddy and Nuala; the passing of Mr Bourke is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving wife Jessie, brothers John Joe, Mike, Tony, Gerry, Ollie and Pascal, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, former work colleagues in The Ommaroo Hotel, St Helier, Jersey, and a wide circle of friends in Ireland and Jersey C.I.

Funeral Arrangements.
The remains of Mr Bourke will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, (Eircode E41 CP59), on Monday, February 9th, from 12:00 noon until 1:00pm. Funeral Service will take place at 1:00pm in Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, followed by a Service of Cremation in Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30) at 4:00pm same afternoon.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 3rd February 2026, of Ms Shauna Dunne, Tarmon Drive, Thurles Co. Tipperary and formerly of Childers Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her uncle Eddie; the passing of Ms Dunne is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving partner Paul (Sheehan), mother Sandra and her partner Denis, sister Naoimi and her partner Aidan, grandmother Peggy, aunty Suzie, uncle Noel (Connors), grandfather Ned, Paul’s mother Enda and his sisters Denise and Jennifer, grand-uncles, grand-aunts, cousins, neighbours and many great friends.

Following the wishes of Ms Dunne her funeral cortège, containing her earthly remains, will be received into the Church of St Joseph and St Brigid, Bothar-na-Naomh, Thurles on Friday morning, February 6th, at 10:30am, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by a Service of Cremation at Shannon Crematorium, Illaunmanagh, Shannon, Co. Clare, (Eircode V14 PV30), at 3:00pm.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Sunday 25th of January 2026, of Mr Hanibal Ramos, (Dew Valley Foods Ltd), Ormond Flats, Friar Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of the Philippines.
Mr Ramos will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, (Eircode E41 A528) on Tuesday morning next, February 3rd, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by a ‘Service of Cremation’ later.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Sunday 18th January 2026, of Mrs Elizabeth Senior (née Ryan), Blackrock, Co. Dublin and formerly of Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband Michael, parents Edgar and Terry and brother Alan; Mrs Senior passed away peacefully after a long illness.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving children, Lizanne and Edgar; grandchildren, Delphine and Michael; and her sister Geraldine, brothers Desmond and Gary, extended families, neighbours and friends.

A burial ceremony for friends and family will take place at Kilternan Cemetery Park, Ballycorus Road, Kilternan, Dublin 18, at a later date, to be advised.

Pre-deceased by her loving husband, Brendan; Mrs Kerrigan passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; daughters Ruth and Brenda, sons Shane and Barry, grandchildren Andrea, Isabel, Nicola, Jill, Ellen, Emily, Kate and Ronan, sister Kay, sons-in-law Declan and Derek, daughters-in-law Elaine and Emma, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Her remains will be received into the Church of Our Lady Mother of Divine Grace, Raheny, Dublin 5, on Wednesday morning, January 21st, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 10:00am, followed by a service of cremation at Glasnevin Cemetery, Glasnevin, Dublin, at 12:00pm.
