It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Sunday 23rd November 2025, of Mr Tod Fanning, Ballydavid, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his loving wife Rita, parents Mary Jane and Martin, sister Pat, brother Jim, niece Maureen, sister-in-law and brother-in-law; Mr Fanning passed away peacefully.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving sons Murt, John, Tom and Paddy, daughters Mary, Margaret, Bernie and Breda, 24 adored grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sons-in-law John, Donal, Michael and Jimmy, daughters-in-law Martina, Réidín, Alicia and Christine, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, nephew Martin, niece Ena, extended relatives neighbours and a wide circle of friends

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Fanning will repose at his place of ordinary residence, (Eircode E41 H528), on Tuesday afternoon, November 25th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, before his funeral cortège will be received into the nearby Church of Our Lady and St Kevin, Litteton, Thurles at 8:00pm same evening.
Requiem Mass for Mr Fanning will be offered on Wednesday morning, November 26th, at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Ballymoreen Cemetery, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
