It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Monday 12th May 2025, of Mrs Mary Ely (née Hayde), No.3 St Kevin’s Park, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband John, sons Eamon, Joe and Martin; the passing of Mrs Ely is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving son Seán, daughters Helen, Ann and Caroline, adored grandchildren and great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Jimmy and Noel, daughter-in-law Mary, brother Philip, sister Pat, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Ely will repose at her place of ordinary residence, (Eircode E41 HX79), on Thursday afternoon, 15th May from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening.
Her funeral cortège will be received into the Church of Our Lady and St. Kevin’s Church, Littleton, Thurles, on Friday morning, May 16th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in Ballymoreen Cemetery, Littleton, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
