Death Of Ann Griffin, Formerly Thurles, Co Tipperary.

It is with great sadness and regret that we learned of the death today, Monday 18th January 2021, of Ms Ann Griffin, Dunmore East, Co. Waterford and formerly of Slievenamon Road, Thurles, Co Tipperary.

Predeceased by her parents Gerald and Mary, sisters Resa, Gerry, Marie and Nora, her brothers John, Gerald and Mick; Ms Griffin passed away peacefully, after a short illness.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her brothers Joe and Eamonn, nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law Liz, Kathleen and Kate, brother-in-law Eugene, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The funeral cortége, bearing the earthly remains of Ms Griffin will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Wednesday morning next, January 20th, at 10:30am, to repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, attended only by family members.
Interment will follow immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Ms Griffin, but are unable to do so, due to the current coronavirus pandemic, same service can be viewed online HERE.
