It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Tuesday 15th September 2026, of Mrs Mary O’Rahilly (née Hayes), Bawnbrack Stud, Kilkennybeg, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Pallasgreen, Co. Limerick.
Pre-deceased by her husband Patsy, son Diarmuid and son-in-law Denis; Mrs O’Rahilly passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, following a short illness, while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, South Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving sons Michael and Padraig, daughters Elaine, Patricia, Paula and Yvonne, daughters-in-law, Bernie and Siobhan, son-in-law John, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sisters Bridie and Betty, brothers Thomas and John, brothers-in-law Din and Trevor, sisters-in-law Ann and Bridget, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours, many friends and her loyal “fluffy” friend ‘Jakey’.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs O’Rahilly will repose at her place of ordinary residence, (Eircode E41 NF82), on Thursday afternoon next, September 17th, from 4:30pm until 7:00pm, same evening.
Her remains will be received into the Church of St Joseph the Worker, Moyglass, Fethard at 11:30am on Friday morning, September 18th, followed by interment immediately afterwards in adjoining graveyard.
