It was with great sadness that we learned of the death today, Monday 12th October 2026, of Mrs Una Doyle, (née Quinn), Glenbane Upper, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents Pake and Annie, brother Paddy and sister Sadie (Tierney); Mrs Doyle passed away peacefully at her place of ordinary residence, surrounded by her loving family.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving and devoted husband Johnny, sisters Marian (Witherow) and Anna (Stakelum), nephews, nieces, grand-nephews, grand-nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, former colleagues at AIB, great neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Doyle will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, (Eircode E41 CP59), on Wednesday afternoon, October 14th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm, same evening.
Her remains will be received into the former Cistercian Monastery Abbey, Holycross, Thurles, Co. Tipperary, (Eircode E41 PH01), on Thursday October 15th, at 11:00am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in the adjoining graveyard.
