It was with a great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Saturday 7th March 2026, of Mr Gerard McHugh, late of Foilmacduff, Hollyford, Co. Tipperary and London.
Pre-deceased by his parents Jilly and Johnny, his brothers Paddy and Eddie and his sister Margaret; Mr McHugh passed away peacefully following a brief illness, while in the care of staff at Cluain Arann, nursing home, Tipperary.
His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; loving brothers Myles, John and Martin, sisters Helen and Maria, brother-in-law Walter, sisters-in-law Noreen and Mary, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr McHugh will reposr at Whites Funeral Home, Cappawhite, Co. Tipperary, (Eircode E34 WR83) on Monday afternoon, March 9th, from 5:00pm, before being received into the Church of St Joseph, Hollyford, at 7:00pm, same evening.
Requiem Mass for Mr McHugh will be offered on Tuesday morning, March 10th at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in nearby Hollyford cemetery, Hollyford, Co. Tipperary.
