It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, today Friday 6th February 2026 of Mrs Marie De Boer (née Hynes), Castleview, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mrs De Boer passed away while in the care of staff of St. Theresa’s Nursing Home, Thurles.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; nephews Sean, Mark and Paul, niece Jackie and grandniece Ciara, extended relatives neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs De Boer will repose at Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Castlequarter, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, (Eircode E41 VX81), on Saturday evening from 6:00pm until 7:30pm, before being received into the nearby Church of the Sacred Heart, Pallas Street, Borrisoleigh, Thurles.
Requiem Mass for Mrs De Boer will be offered on Sunday afternoon, February 8th at 1:00pm, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in Templeree Cemetery, Ballinroe, Co. Tipperary.
