It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 8th December 2025, of Mrs Anne Gilmartin, (née Egan), Loughane Lower, Templederry, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary and late of Monanore, Toomevara, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her beloved husband Martin, parents Tom and Mary Egan, brothers Pat and Ger; Mrs Gilmartin passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, while in the care of staff at Ashlawn Nursing Home, Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; loving sons Denis, Thomas, Martin daughters Ellen and Catherine, grandchildren and great-grandson, sisters, brothers, sons-in-law Albert and Darren, daughter-in-law Emma, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Gilmartin will repose at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, Templederry, Nenagh, on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday, December 10th, from 4:00pm until 6:30pm same evening.
Requiem Mass will be offered for Mrs Gilmartin on Thursday morning, December 11th, at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Templederry New Cemetery, Templederry, Co. Tipperary.
