It was with sadness that we learned of the death, today Saturday 18th October 2025, of Mrs Anna Perkins (née Bourke), Newtown, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her husband John, brothers, Matty, Eddie, sisters Sylvia, Catherine and Sadie; Mrs Perkins passed away while in the care of staff at Tipperary University Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.
Her passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her sorrowing family; son Liam, daughter-in-law Loretta, granddaughter Áine, sisters Peggy and Aileen, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mrs Perkins will repose at O’ Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Cappanaleigh, Upperchurch, Thurles, on Sunday afternoon, October 19th, from 5:30pm until 7:00pm before being received into the Church of St. Mary, Drombane, Thurles, Thurles same evening.
Requiem Mass will be offered for Mrs Perkins on Monday morning at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in nearby Kilvalure Cemetery, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
