Tomorrow, Saturday August 16th, the Irish Heart Foundation’s Mobile Unit will visit Cashel Library, between the hours of 10:30am and 3:00pm.
Their visit to Cashel Library comes in association with The Irish Heart Foundation and Healthy Ireland programme.
The Irish Heart Foundations Mobile Health Unit offers FREE blood pressure and pulse checks to groups and communities across Ireland. This service is entirely free of charge.
The Mobile Health Unit has two private consultation rooms with a nurse available in each room to provide heart health information and to undertake free blood pressure and pulse checks.
The one-to-one advice offered by the nurses remains a vital part of this check.
Note: Each person will receive a personal record card with their results and in the event of any abnormal results, are advised to follow up with their GP.
