Death Of Patrick McEvoy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Monday 22nd April 2024, of Mr Patrick McEvoy, Stradavoher, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his parents Paddy and Margaret; Mr McEvoy sadly passed away unexpectedly at his place of residence, following a long illness.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; twin brother Michael, sister Mairead (Maher), sister-in-law Joanne, brother-in-law Joe, nieces Karen, Sharon and Tracy, nephews Michael and Keith, cousins, uncle Ned (McEvoy, Crosspatrick), aunts Statia (Candon, Dublin) and Betty (Pear, New Ross), extended relatives, colleagues in Coláiste Mhichíl, CBS Sexton St., Limerick, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr McEvoy will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday afternoon, April 25th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm same evening.
His remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles on Friday morning, April 26th, at 10.30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in St Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
