Death Of Denis O’Brien, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 10th April 2024 of Mr Denis O’Brien, Ballylanigan, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by his loving wife Kathleen; Mr O’Brien passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at South Tipperary University Hospital Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted, sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his sorrowing family; daughters Mairead, Janette and Bernadette, sons Seamus and Donnacha, sisters Margaret, Eileen and Nora, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, nephews, nieces, grandchildren, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr O’Brien will repose at Brett’s Funeral Home, No 6 Kickham Street, Mullinahone, Thurles, on tomorrow evening, Friday April 12th, from 7:00pm, followed by recitation of Rosary and vigil prayers at 8:30pm.
His remains will be received into the Church of St Michael, Kickham Street, Mullinahone, Thurles on Saturday morning, April 13th, at 11:15am, to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in St Michael’s Cemetery, Killaghy, Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
