It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, Today Sunday 11th February 2024, of Mr James (Jim) Cantwell, Ballypatrick, Bouladuff, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by his brothers Tony, Mick and Thomas, sisters Sadie and Annie; Mr Cantwellpassed away peacefully at his place of residence surrounded by his loving family.
His passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by his family; loving wife Biddy, daughters Catherine (Quish), Nora (Ryan), Ann, Mary (McLoughlin) and Bridget (Corrigan), sons Thomas and Michael, grandchildren, great grandchildren, sons-in-law, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law, brother-in-law, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours, carers and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Cantwell will repose in Kennedy’s Funeral Home, Castlequarter, Borrisoleigh, Thurles, [E41 VX81], on Tuesday afternoon February 13th, from 5:00pm until 7:00pm same evening. Funeral Cortège will be received into the Church of Saint Laurence O’Toole, Munroe, The Ragg, Thurles, on Wednesday morning, February 14th to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in nearby St. Michael’s Cemetery, Bouladuff, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
