Death Of Sarah Edlin Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday, Saturday 9th December 2023, of Mrs Sarah Edlin (née Mullins), Ard Easmuinn, Dundalk, Co. Louth and formerly of Railway House, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her beloved parents James and Elizabeth; Mrs Edlin passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, Co. Louth.

Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her heartbroken husband Tom, daughters Daire and Catherine, sons Thomas and Niall, sons-in-law Rowan and Neal, Niall’s partner Simona, grandchildren Caoimhe, Charlie, Éinín, Elizabeth and Lucie, brothers Paddy and Joseph, sisters-in-law Josephine and Anne Marie, nephews, nieces, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Edlin will repose at her home (Eircode A91 F3P3) from 2:00pm tomorrow afternoon, Monday, December 11th next.
Proceeding on foot, (Eircode A91 NY2Y), her remains will be received into the nearby Church of the Holy Redeemer, Dundalk, Co. Louth, on Tuesday morning, December 12th, at 10:45am, to further repose for Funeral Mass at 11:00am, followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Dowdallshill, Dundalk, Co. Louth.
