It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Thursday 7th September 2023. of Mr Edward (Eddie) Lanigan, Poulacapple, Callan, Co. Kilkenny and formerly of Graigue Hayden, Callan Co. Kilkenny and Mullinahone, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Mr Lanigan passed away peacefully, while in the care of the staff at the Oak Ward, Waterford University Hospital.
His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving sons Kieran, Brian, Owen and Cian, grand-children Abigail, Oskar, Dylan and Daragh partner Stasia and family Siobhán, Liam, Beth and Devlin sisters; Ann, Margaret, Maisie, Breda, Geraldine, Catherine and Vera brothers; Pat, Dick, John, Martin and Michael nieces, nephews, extended relatives, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr Lanigan will repose on Sunday, September 10th, at 12:00 noon in Mullinahone Community Centre, Carrick Street, Mullinahone, Co. Tipperary [E41 V6P3]. Here his life will be celebrated by remembering his journey. All are welcome to attend. You are invited to come as you are, bring stories and past memories of Mr Lanigan, to share amongst those gathered.
A Cremation service will take place on Monday afternoon, September 11th, at 3:00pm, at The Island Crematorium, Rocky Island, Ringaskiddy, Co. Cork.
