Death Of Bernie Murphy, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Monday 15th May 2023, of Mrs Bernie Murphy (née Morrissey) Kilbreedy, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Ballymacarbry, Co. Waterford.

Pre-deceased by her baby daughter Laura, father Maurice, mother Mary and sister Nellie; Mrs Murphy passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at Waterford Hospice Movement, surrounded by her loving family.

Her passing is most deeply regretted and sadly missed by her loving husband John, daughter Orla, sons Barry, Ian and Kieran, grandchildren Charlie, Pippa and Quinn, daughters-in-law Anne Marie, Caoimhe and Louise, son-in-law Andrew, brothers and sisters Ann, Lar, Phyllis, Theresa, Monnie, Kathleen and Martin, mother-in-law Hannah, brothers and sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours, friends and all who knew her.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Murphy will repose at her place of residence (E41 Y579) on tomorrow afternoon, Wednesday 17th May from 5:00pm to 8:00pm.
Her remains will be received into St. Mary’s Church, Bailey Street, Killenaule, Thurles to further repose for Requiem Mass on Thursday morning, May 18th at 11:30am, followed immediately afterwards by interment in Crosscannon Cemetery, Killenaule, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
