It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, yesterday Friday 28th April 2023, of Ms Brigid Lanigan, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
Pre-deceased by her parents John and Nora, brothers John and Larry, sisters Kathleen, Mary and Anne; Ms Lanigan passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Community Hospital Of The Assumption, Thurles.
Her passing is most deeply regretted by her sister Bernie, brothers Michael and Fr. Jerry (Societas Verbi Divini), sisters-in-law Josephine and Reena, nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, extended relatives, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Ms Lanigan will repose at O’Dwyer’s Funeral Home, Cappanaleigh, Upperchurch, Thurles, on Sunday afternoon from 5:00pm to 7:00pm same evening.
Her remains will be received into St. Mary’s Church, Drombane, Thurles on Monday morning to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:30am, followed by interment immediately afterwards in Kilvalure Cemetery, Drombane, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.
