It was with a great personal sadness that I learned of the death, today, Tuesday 28th June, 2022, of Mr Daniel J. O’Riordan, MRCVS, Dublin Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Johnstown, Co. Kilkenny.
Mr O’Riordan passed away peacefully at his place of residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Pre-deceased by his sister Kathleen; his passing is most deeply regretted by his loving, devoted wife and best friend Imelda, children Ray, David, Anne, Fr. Niall and James, daughters-in-law Eimear and Emma, brothers Jerry, Denis and Michael, sisters Sheila and Teresa, adoring grandchildren, nephews, nieces, brother-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours, work colleagues and a wide circle of friends.

Funeral Arrangements.
The earthly remains of Mr O’Riordan, will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles on Thursday evening, June 30th, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, before being received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles at 8:00pm.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated on Friday morning, July 1st, at 11:00am followed by interment, immediately afterwards, in Holycross Abbey graveyard.
