Death Of Bridget Lloyd, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It is with the deepest regret and sadness that we learned of the death, today Wednesday, 18th August 2021, of Mrs Bridget Lloyd (née Butler), The Furze, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly of Williamstown, The Commons, Ballingarry (SR), Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Pre-deceased by her husband Sean; Mrs Lloyd passed away peacefully, at her place of residence, surrounded by her loving family, following a long illness most bravely borne.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughters Breda, Mary, Barbara, Serena and Christina, son John, grandchildren, sons in law Thomas, David, Stephen (Healthy Haven), Darren and Bill, daughter-in-law Eleanor, brothers Anthony, George, Kevin and John, sisters Mary, Anne, Theresa, Helen, Patricia and Frances, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mrs Lloyd will repose at Hugh Ryan’s Funeral Home, Slievenamon Road, Thurles, for family and friends, on Thursday evening, August 19th, from 5:00pm to 7:00pm.
Her remains will be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, on Friday morning next, August 20th, at 10:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended the funeral service for Mrs Lloyd, but are unable to do so, due to current coronavirus pandemic restrictions; same can be viewed online HERE.

[NB: Due to Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
