Death Of Noreen Maher, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It is with the deepest regret that we learned of the death, today Thursday 3rd June 2021, of Mrs Noreen Maher (née Gleeson), No.75 Kennedy Park, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Predeceased by her loving husband Noel, brothers John, Paddy and Richard, sisters Kathleen, Hannah and Maisie; Mrs Maher passed away peacefully, while in the loving care of her daughter Patricia, son-in-law Noel, granddaughters Laura and Natasha.

Her passing is most deeply regretted by her daughters Patricia (Kennedy), Mary (Fitzpatrick), Denise (Fogarty), Ann (McGrath) and Noreen (Holland), 14 grandchildren, 5 great-grandchildren, sons-in-law Noel, James, John, Mick and James, sisters Margaret and Bridget, nephews, nieces, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, extended relatives, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

Mrs Maher will repose at her place of residence on Sunday afternoon, June 6th, from 2:00pm to 6:00pm.
[Please follow government guidelines with regard to social distancing and face masks.]
The funeral cortège, bearing the earthly remains of Mrs Maher, will leave her residence on Monday morning, June 7th, at 10:00am, to be received into the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles at 10:30am to further repose for Requiem Mass at 11:00am.
Interment will take place immediately afterwards in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Moyne Road, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

[NB: Due to National Public Health Guidelines, regarding C-19 virus restrictions; those attending (limited to 50 mourners), will continue to observe strict adherence to social distancing and face covering.]
