Death Of Francis Gerald Reilly, Formerly Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

It was with great sadness that we learned of the death, on Monday 26th October 2020, of Mr Francis Gerald Reilly, Wembley, Middlesex, United Kingdom; and formerly of Killearnan, Co.Cavan and Kilcommon, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr Reilly passed away peacefully while in the care of staff at Kenbrook Nursing Home, Forty Avenue, Wembley, United Kingdom.

Predeceased by his wife Kathleen [(nee Quinlan), formerly of Kilcommon, Co.Tipperary], sisters Doreen (Sexton) and Myra (Gillece); the passing of Mr Reilly is most deeply regretted by his son Thomas; daughter Katharine (Taggart); beloved grandchildren Kieran and Katie (Taggart); son in law Brendan; sisters-in-law; brother-in-law; nieces Imelda and Noelle (Sexton); nephews Padraig and Shane (Gillece); nephews-in-law; nieces-in-law; cousins; extended relatives; neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Reilly will repose tomorrow evening, Wednesday November 4th, at McCormack’s Funeral Home, Kilcommon from 7:00pm to 8:00pm, with strict adherence to social distancing, face coverings and no handshaking.

Removal will take place on Thursday morning to St. Patrick’s Church, Kilcommon, arriving for 11.30am Requiem Mass, followed by interment, immediately afterwards in the new cemetery Rearcross, Co. Tipperary.

[Note: Due to national Public Health Guidelines regarding Covid-19 virus restrictions; attendance within the Church building will be limited to 25 persons only, with strict adherence to social distancing and face covering please.]

For the many persons who would have liked to have attended Requiem Mass for Mr Reilly, but will be unable to do so, due to coronavirus restrictions, same funeral service can be viewed online HERE.
