Death Of Ned O’Connell, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

It was with great sadness we learned of the death, on Tuesday 28th July 2020, of Mr Edmond (Ned) O’Connell, Templeogue, Dublin, and formerly of Glengoole, Thurles, Co. Tipperary.

Mr O’Connell passed away, while in the care of staff at the I.C.U ward of Tallaght Hospital, Co. Dublin.

Gardaí Seek Help Following Death Of Thurles Man

As we reported yesterday; a Thurles man has sadly died following a disturbance at the Chapelfield housing estate in Urlingford, Co. Kilkenny.

A short time earlier the victim had been involved in an incident at the An Grianan estate in Killenaule, Co Tipperary, where he had suffered a significant injury to his arm.
