Death Of Liam Fayne, Thurles, Co. Tipperary

It was with great sadness we learned of the death yesterday, Wednesday 22nd July 2020 of Mr Liam (William) Fayne, Butler Avenue, Thurles, Co. Tipperary and formerly Greystones, Ennis Road, Co. Limerick.


Predeceased by his parents Michael and Delia, brothers Michael and Jackie, sisters Stephanie, Sheila and Kitty; Mr Fayne passed away peacefully, while in the care of staff at the Community Hospital of the Assumption, Thurles and South Tipperary General Hospital, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary.

His passing is most deeply regretted by his loving family; brother Patrick (Greystones, Ennis Road, Limerick); sister in law Marion; nephews; nieces; grandnephews; grand-nieces; extended relatives; colleagues and members of Thurles Golf Club (Himself a former President); neighbours and many friends.

Requiescat in Pace.

Funeral Arrangements.

The earthly remains of Mr Fayne will arrive at the Cathedral of the Assumption, Cathedral Street, Thurles, on Saturday, 25th July, at 10.40am for Requiem Mass at 11:00am. Interment will take place immediately after Mass in St. Patrick’s Cemetery, Thurles.
[Note: Due to Government restrictions numbers are restricted to a maximum of 50 family members and friends within the Cathedral building].
